  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Joint Legislative

  3         Committee on Everglades Oversight; repealing s.

  4         11.80, F.S., relating to the Joint Legislative

  5         Committee on Everglades Oversight, which was

  6         created for the purpose of monitoring

  7         implementation of the Everglades Forever Act;

  8         providing an effective date.

10  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11  

12         Section 1.  Section 11.80, Florida Statutes, is

13  repealed.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2005.
