12  recommended the following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 3, lines 19-22, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         (5)(a)  Independent certified public accountants that
19  conduct audits of units of local government pursuant to s.
20  218.39 shall report, as part of the audit, the amounts,
21  collections, expenditures, refunds, administrative expenses,
22  and any other applicable information in accordance with
23  generally accepted accounting principles relating to impact
24  fees.   Certified public accountants conducting audits of
25  units of local government pursuant to s. 218.39 shall report,
26  as part of the audit, whether or not the unit of local
27  government has complied with this section.
