12  the following amendment to amendment (862000):

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 1, line 27, delete that line
16  
17  and insert:  formulating strategies and plans for public
18  communications. In order to support efforts to increase the
19  use of emerging technologies, the Department of Community
20  Affairs shall compile a list of potential grant fund sources
21  from federal and state agencies and from private entities. The
22  department shall disseminate this source list to all counties
23  and municipalities so that the counties and municipalities may
24  use the list as a guide for applying for grants.
