14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 20, lines 28-31, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         (8) PENALTY.--A person who falsely holds himself or
19  herself out as a clinical perfusionist commits:
20         (a) For the first offense, a misdemeanor of the first
21  degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or
22  s. 775.084.
23         (b) For the second or subsequent offense, a felony of
24  the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s.
25  775.083, or s. 775.084.
