14         On page 28, lines 24-26, delete those lines

16  and insert:  this act; or
17         (j)  No longer meets the requirements for initial
18  licensure; or.
19         (k)  Obtains or utilizes life expectancies from life
20  expectancy providers who are not registered with the office
21  pursuant to this act.
