  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to funding sources for growth

  3         management; expressing the legislative intent

  4         to enact laws providing revenue sources to fund

  5         growth management; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8  

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact laws to

10  provide sources of state and local revenue to fund growth

11  management.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.
