15 Delete everything after the enacting clause

19 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

21 Section 1. The Office of Financial Regulation, in
22 consultation with the Department of Community Affairs, shall
23 conduct a study to evaluate the lending practices and the
24 availability of credit to minorities in Florida. The office
25 shall report their findings and recommendations to the
26 President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of
27 Representatives by January 1, 2006.
28 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2005.
