14 On page 3, between lines 6 and 7,

16 insert:
17 Section 3. The provisions of this act apply only to
18 pharmacies engaged exclusively in the dispensing of medicinal
19 drugs or other products for nonhuman use. This act does not
20 apply to the dispensing of any substance listed in Schedules
21 I-V in chapter 893, Florida Statutes.
