18 Section 45. In order to meet the requirements under
19 section 1008.22, Florida Statutes, public school students
20 shall be permitted to take in lieu of the Florida
21 Comprehensive Assessment Test any nationally norm-referenced
22 test that is identified by the Department of Education for use
23 by students who are participating in any of the state's
24 scholarship programs.
