17 Section 43. In order to meet the requirements under
18 section 1008.22, Florida Statutes, public school students
19 shall be permitted to take in lieu of the Florida
20 Comprehensive Assessment Test any nationally norm-referenced
21 test that is identified by the Department of Education for use
22 by students who are participating in any of the state's
23 scholarship programs.
