18 Section 43. Section 1011.635, Florida Statutes, is
19 created to read:
20 1011.635 Cost-of-living increase for public school
21 teachers.--The Legislature, in the General Appropriations Act,
22 shall fund a cost-of-living increase for all teachers in the
23 public school system, prekindergarten through grade 12, as
24 defined in s. 1012.01(2)(a). This section may not be construed
25 to conflict with chapter 447.
