  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the licensure of

  3         postsecondary educational institutions;

  4         repealing s. 1005.32(1)(e), F.S.; deleting a

  5         provision requiring that an independent

  6         postsecondary educational institution be a

  7         Florida corporation in order to apply for

  8         licensure by means of accreditation; providing

  9         an effective date.

11  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

12  

13         Section 1.  Paragraph (e) of subsection (1) of section

14  1005.32, Florida Statutes, is repealed.

15         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2005.
