14 On page 2, between lines 20 and 21,

16 insert:
17 Section 3. Subsection (11) is added to section
18 373.323, Florida Statutes, to read:
19 373.323 Licensure of water well contractors;
20 application, qualifications, and examinations; equipment
21 identification.--
22 (11) A licensed water well contractor may act as a
23 prime contractor if the majority of work to be performed under
24 the contract is within the scope of his or her license. A
25 licensed water well contractor may contract with another
26 licensed water well contractor for the remaining work or with
27 another contractor for which a water well contracting license
28 is not required.
