15 On page 2, between lines 20 and 21,

17 and insert:
18 Section 3. Subsection (11) is added to section
19 373.323, Florida Statutes, to read:
20 373.323 Licensure of water well contractors;
21 application, qualifications, and examinations; equipment
22 identification.--
23 (11) A licensed water well contractor may act as a
24 prime contractor and subcontract to other licensed contractors
25 that remaining work which is part of a contract if the
26 majority of the work to be performed under the contract is
27 within the scope of the water well contractor's license.
