14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 47, line 21, after the period,

17  insert:  For purposes of this section, a municipality does not
18  include the unincorporated areas, if any, of a government
19  created pursuant to s. 6(e), Art. VIII of the State
20  Constitution.
