14 On page 38, lines 20-28, delete those lines

16 and insert:
17 records and official records are the property of the
18 State of Florida, including any records generated as part of
19 the Comprehensive Case Information System funded pursuant to
20 this paragraph and the clerk of court is designated as the
21 custodian of such records, except in a county where the duty
22 of maintaining official records exists in a county office
23 other than the clerk of court or comptroller, such county
24 office is designated the custodian of all official records,
25 and the clerk of court is designated the custodian of all
