13 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
14 On page 84, line 13, after the second period,
15
16 insert: Up to 25 percent of the revenue from such surcharge
17 may be used to support local law libraries provided that the
18 county or unit of local government provides a level of service
19 equal to that provided prior to July 1, 2004, which shall
20 include the continuation of library facilities located in or
21 near the county courthouse or annexes.

29 authorizing a portion of certain surcharge
