14 On page 86, lines 19 through 27, delete those lines

16 and insert:
17 3. If the violation occurred within the unincorporated
18 area of a county, including the unincorporated areas, if any,
19 of a government created pursuant to s. 6(e), Article VIII of
20 the State Constitution, that is not within a special
21 improvement district of the Seminole Indian Tribe or
22 Miccosukee Indian Tribe, 56.4 percent shall be deposited into
23 the fine and forfeiture fund established pursuant to s.
24 142.01.
