13 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
14 On page 59, line 26, through page 60, line 9, delete
15 those lines

17 and insert:
18 filing against a single defendant which contains
19 multiple alleged violations. A filing fee, other than that
20 imposed under this section, may not be assessed for initiating
21 an enforcement proceeding in county court for a violation of a
22 county or municipal code or ordinance or a violation of a
23 special law. The filing fee does not apply to instances in
24 which a county or a municipality has contracted with the
25 state, or has been delegated by the state, responsibility for
26 enforcing state operations, policies, or requirements under s.
27 125.69, s. 166.0415, or chapter 162.
