15         On page 19, lines 16-23, delete those lines

17  and insert:  
18         (g)  Has submitted to the department a set of
19  fingerprints on a form and in accordance with s. 456.039(4)(c)
20  and with procedures specified by the department, along with
21  payment in an amount equal to the costs incurred by the
22  department for the criminal background check of the applicant.
23         (h)  Has obtained a passing score on a competency-based
24  national naturopathic licensing examination administered by
25  the North
