11  Senator Campbell moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 
14         On page 14, line 27, through
15            page 15, line 8, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         (g)  If the exposed person meets the requirements of
19  paragraphs (a), (b), and (c) and if a qualified physician
20  determines that the exposed person has a physical impairment,
21  as demonstrated by meeting the criteria set forth in paragraph
22  (d), subparagraph (f)1., or subparagraph (f)2., but the
23  exposed person's chest x-ray does not demonstrate radiological
24  evidence of asbestosis, the exposed person may meet the
25  criteria of paragraph (e) if a qualified physician, relying on
26  high-resolution computed tomography, determines to a
27  reasonable degree of medical certainty that the exposed person
28  has asbestosis and forms the conclusion set forth in paragraph
29  (h).
