11  The Committee on Judiciary (Webster) recommended the following
12  amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 6, lines 1 through 23, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  (24)  "Qualified physician" means a medical
18  doctor, who:
19         (a)  Is currently a board-certified internist,
20  oncologist, pathologist, pulmonary specialist, radiologist,
21  family practitioner or specialist in occupational and
22  environmental medicine;
23         (b)  Has conducted a physical examination of the
24  exposed person;
25         (c)  Has or had a doctor-patient relationship with the
26  person;
27         (d)  Is currently licensed to practice and actively
28  practices medicine.
