11 The Committee on Judiciary (Webster) recommended the following
12 amendment:

15 On page 10, between lines 13 and 14,

17 insert:
18 (g) If the exposed person meets the requirements of
19 paragraphs (a), (b), and (c), and if a qualified physician
20 determines that the exposed person has a physical impairment,
21 as demonstrated by meeting the criteria set forth in
22 paragraphs (d) and (f)1., but the exposed person's chest x-ray
23 does not demonstrate radiological evidence of asbestosis, the
24 exposed person may meet the criteria of paragraph (e) if his
25 or her chest x-ray is graded by a certified B-reader as at
26 least 1/0 and a qualified physician, relying on
27 high-resolution computed tomography, determines to a
28 reasonable degree of medical certainty that the exposed person
29 has asbestosis and forms the conclusion set forth in paragraph
30 (h).
