14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 2, line 24, through page 5, line 30, delete
16 those lines

18 and insert: Section 2. Paragraph (b) of subsection (4) of
19 section 768.81, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
20 (4) APPLICABILITY.--
21 (b) This section does not apply to any action brought
22 by any person to recover actual economic damages resulting
23 from pollution, to any action against an intentional
24 tortfeasor, to any action based upon an intentional tort, or
25 to any cause of action as to which application of the doctrine
26 of joint and several liability is specifically provided by
27 chapter 403, chapter 498, chapter 517, chapter 542, or chapter
28 895.
