18 Section 5. If a negligent tortfeasor is held liable
19 for failing to prevent an intentional tortfeasor from causing
20 personal injury, death, or harm to the property of the
21 claimant, the negligent tortfeasor has a right of indemnity
22 against the intentional tortfeasor.
