13         Senate Amendment 
14         On page 2, line 25, through page 3, line 1, delete
15  those lines
16  
17  and insert:
18         (g)  The product was manufactured in whole outside the
19  United States.
20         (5)  A defendant seller may move for dismissal under
21  this section within the time for filing an answer or other
22  responsive pleading unless permitted by the court at a later
23  time for good cause shown. The motion shall be accompanied by
24  an affidavit stating that:
25         (a)  The product was manufactured or assembled, in
26  whole or in part,
