13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 1, between lines 18 and 19,
15  
16  insert:
17         Section 1.    Section 47.051, Florida Statutes, is
18  amended to read:
19         47.051  Actions against corporations.--Actions against
20  domestic corporations shall be brought only in the county
21  where such corporation has its principal office as defined in
22  s. 607.01401(20), or usually keeps, an office for transaction
23  of its customary business, where the cause of action accrued,
24  or where the property in litigation is located. Actions
25  against foreign corporations doing business in this state
26  shall be brought in the county in which its registered agent
27  for service of process resides a county where such corporation
28  has an agent or other representative, where the cause of
29  action accrued, or where the property in litigation is
30  located.
