11  Senator Constantine moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 14, lines 20 through 25, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  
17         (22)  In consultation with the state land planning
18  agency, the Board of Governors State Board of Education shall
19  adopt a single, uniform set of rules to administer
20  implementing subsections (3)-(6). The rules must set specific
21  schedules and procedures for the development and adoption of
22  campus master plans. Before adopting the rules, the Board of
23  Governors must obtain written verification from the state land
24  planning agency that the rules satisfy the minimum statutory
25  criteria required by subsections (3) through (6). The state
26  land planning agency shall provide the verification within 45
27  days after receiving a copy of the rules.
