22 page 78, line 7, after the word "services."

24 insert: The office shall submit the fingerprints to the
25 Department of Law Enforcement for state processing, and the
26 Department of Law Enforcement shall forward them to the
27 Federal Bureau of Investigation for national processing. The
28 cost of the fingerprint processing may be borne by the office,
29 the employer, or the person who is subject to the background
30 check. The Department of Law Enforcement shall bill the office
31 for the fingerprints submitted each month. The office shall
