11  The Committee on Criminal Justice (King) recommended the
12  following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 84, between lines 21 and 22,
16  
17  insert:  
18         Section 54.  For Fiscal Year 2005-2006, the recurring
19  sum of $717,154 is appropriated from the Regulatory Trust Fund
20  to the Office of Financial Regulation for the purpose of
21  implementing section 494.0033(2)(b), Florida Statutes, for
22  third-party administration of the mortgage broker test. For
23  fiscal year 2005-2006, the recurring sum of $758,290 is
24  appropriated from the Regulatory Trust Fund and the recurring
25  sum of $12,015 is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund
26  to the Office of Financial Regulation, in the special
27  appropriation category "fingerprinting of applicants," for the
28  purpose of implementing sections 494.0031, 494.0033(2)(d),
29  494.0061, 494.0062, 494.0065, 517.12, 560.205, and 560.306,
30  Florida Statutes, for fingerprint processing of applicants.
