12 the following amendment:

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 3, between lines 29 and 30,

17 insert:
18 (3) A local government may use funds derived from
19 forfeiture proceedings to purchase automated external
20 defibrillators for law enforcement, firefighting, and
21 emergency medical services vehicles and to train personnel on
22 the proper use of the AED equipment.
