13 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
14 On page 56, between lines 2 and 3,

16 insert:
17 (18) The concurrency provisions of this act shall not
18 apply to development within:
19 (a) a development-of-regional-impact which was
20 approved before July 1, 2005, or
21 (b) a proposed development-of-regional-impact which
22 has an application for development approval determined to be
23 sufficient pursuant to s. 380.06(10) before July 1, 2005.
