11  The Committee on Justice Appropriations (Aronberg) recommended
12  the following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 16, lines 22 through 30, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         (1)  When any person or entity holds an unsatisfied
19  judgment or judgment lien obtained under chapter 55 execution
20  and has delivered a writ of execution to any sheriff, the
21  judgment holder or judgment lienholder plaintiff in execution
22  may file an affidavit so stating, identifying, if applicable,
23  the issuing court, the case number, and the unsatisfied amount
24  of the judgment or judgment lien, including accrued costs and
25  interest, and stating that the execution is valid and
26  outstanding, and thereupon the judgment holder or judgment
27  lienholder is entitled to these proceedings supplementary to
28  execution.
