| 7 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |

| 9 | Section 1. Paragraph (b) of subsection (1) of section |
| 10 | 796.07, Florida Statutes, is amended to read: |
| 11 | 796.07 Prohibiting prostitution, etc.; evidence; |
| 12 | penalties; definitions.-- |
| 13 | (1) As used in this section: |
| 14 | (b) "Lewdness" means any indecent or obscene act done in |
| 15 | the presence of any person, including a law enforcement officer. |
| 16 | Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2005. |
