186markers.--Effective upon the effective date of the retirement or
187resignation of H. William Heller from, or the termination of his
188employment with, the University of South Florida St. Petersburg:
189     (1)  Coquina Hall, on the campus of the University of South
190Florida St. Petersburg, is designated as the "H. William Heller
191Hall."

195     Section 56.  John S. Curran, M.D., Children's Health Center

197markers.--Effective upon the effective date of the retirement or
198resignation of John S. Curran from, or the termination of his
199employment with, the University of South Florida:
200     (1)  Notwithstanding section 267.062, Florida Statutes, the
201building located at the University of South Florida which will
202house the Children's Medical Services of the Department of
203Health is designated as the "John S. Curran, M.D., Children's
204Health Center."
205     (2)  The University of South Florida is directed to erect
206suitable markers designating the John S. Curran, M.D.,
207Children's Health Center as described in subsection (1).
208     Section 57.  Section 15.052, Florida Statutes, is created
209to read:
210     15.052  Official state maritime museum.--
211     (1)  The State of Florida Maritime Museum and Research
212Center, to be built in the City of Pensacola, is designated as
213the official state maritime museum.
214     (2)  This section shall stand repealed on July 1, 2015,
215unless reviewed and saved from repeal through reenactment by the
216Legislature.
217     Section 58.  Patricia and Phillip Frost Art Museum
218designated; Florida International University to erect suitable
219markers.--
220     (1)  The art museum on the campus of Florida International
221University, University Park Campus Miami, is designated as the
222"Patricia and Phillip Frost Art Museum."
223     (2)  The Florida International University is directed to
