48Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
49
50     Section 1.  Ramon Puig Way designated; Department of
51Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
52     (1)  That portion of S.W. 8th Street between S.W. 62nd
53Avenue and S.W. 67th Avenue in Miami-Dade County is designated
54as "Ramon Puig Way."
55     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
56suitable markers designating Ramon Puig Way as described in
57subsection (1).
58     Section 2.  Shawn O'Dare Way designated; Department of
59Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
60     (1)  That portion of N.W. 167th Street between N.W. 57th
61Avenue and N.W. 67th Avenue in the Town of Miami Lakes in Miami-
62Dade County is designated as "Shawn O'Dare Way."
63     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
64suitable markers designating Shawn O'Dare Way as described in
65subsection (1).
66     Section 3.  Marge Pearlson Way designated; Department of
67Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
68     (1)  That portion of S.W. 129th Terrace between East 67th
69Avenue and 64th Avenue in Miami-Dade County is designated as
70"Marge Pearlson Way."
71     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
72suitable markers designating Marge Pearlson Way as described in
73subsection (1).
74     Section 4.  Jorge L. Cabrera Way designated; Department of
75Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
76     (1)  That portion of Coral Way, S.W. 24th Street, between
77107th Avenue and 109th Avenue in Miami-Dade County is designated
78as "Jorge L. Cabrera Way."
79     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
80suitable markers designating Jorge L. Cabrera Way as described
81in subsection (1).
82     Section 5.  Correction Officers Memorial Bridge designated;
83Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
84     (1)  The New River Bridge on State Road 16 in Bradford and
85Union Counties is designated as "Correction Officers Memorial
86Bridge."
87     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
88suitable markers designating Correction Officers Memorial Bridge
89as described in subsection (1).
90     Section 6.  Martin Andersen Beachline Expressway
91designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
92markers.--
93     (1)  That portion of State Road 528 between its western
94terminus in Orange County and its eastern terminus in Brevard
95County, excluding that portion between U.S. Route 1 and State
96Road 3, is designated as "Martin Andersen Beachline Expressway."
97     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
98suitable markers designating Martin Andersen Beachline
99Expressway as described in subsection (1).
100     (3)  This section shall have no effect on chapter 98-423,
101Laws of Florida, which designated that portion of State Road 528
102between State Road 436 and State Road A1A as "Kennedy Space
103Center Highway," and, therefore, the section of State Road 528
104east of State Road 15 shall continue to have two names.
105     (4)  That portion of State Road 528 between U.S. Route 1
106and State Road 3 has been designated as "Emory Bennett Causeway"
107and shall continue to have that designation notwithstanding this
108section.
109     Section 7.  Daniel Webster Western Beltway designated;
110Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
111     (1)  That portion of State Road 429 between Interstate 4
112and U.S. Highway 441 in Orange County is designated as "Daniel
113Webster Western Beltway."
114     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
115suitable markers designating Daniel Webster Western Beltway as
116described in subsection (1).
117     Section 8.  Robert F. Grim, Sr., Memorial Parkway
118designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
119markers.--
120     (1)  That portion of Nova Road between Granada Boulevard
121and U.S. Highway 1 in Volusia County is designated as "Robert F.
122Grim, Sr., Memorial Parkway."
123     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
124suitable markers designating Robert F. Grim, Sr., Memorial
125Parkway as described in subsection (1).
126     Section 9.  Veteran's Memorial Boulevard designated;
127Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
128     (1)  That portion of U.S. Highway 331 from its intersection
129with U.S. Highway 90 South to the southern border of the City of
130DeFuniak Springs in Walton County is designated as "Veteran's
131Memorial Boulevard."
132     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
133suitable markers designating Veteran's Memorial Boulevard as
134described in subsection (1).
135     Section 10.  Southeastern Guide Dog Overpass designated;
136Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
137     (1)  The overpass on 77th Avenue East, Bridge Number
138130090, over Interstate 275 in Manatee County is designated as
139"Southeastern Guide Dog Overpass."
140     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
141suitable markers designating Southeastern Guide Dog Overpass as
142described in subsection (1).
143     Section 11.  Joseph O. Striska Florida Welcome Center
144designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
145markers.--
146     (1)  The Florida Welcome Center on Interstate 75 at the
147Georgia state line in Hamilton County is designated as "Joseph
148O. Striska Florida Welcome Center."
149     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
150suitable markers designating Joseph O. Striska Florida Welcome
151Center as described in subsection (1).
152     Section 12.  Purple Heart Memorial Highway designated;
153Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
154     (1)  That portion of U.S. Highway 27 that lies within
155Highlands County is designated as "Purple Heart Memorial
156Highway."
157     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
158suitable markers designating Purple Heart Memorial Highway as
159described in subsection (1).
160     Section 13.  Section 25 of chapter 2004-392, Laws of
161Florida, is repealed.
162     Section 14.  St. Petersburg Parkway/William C. Cramer
163Memorial Highway designated; Department of Transportation to
164erect suitable markers.--
165     (1)  That portion of Interstate 275 in Pinellas County that
166extends from the Howard Frankland Bridge to the Sunshine Skyway
167Bridge is designated as "St. Petersburg Parkway/William C.
168Cramer Memorial Highway."
169     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
170suitable markers designating St. Petersburg Parkway/William C.
171Cramer Memorial Highway as described in subsection (1).
172     Section 15.  Richard E. "Pete" Damon Bridge designated;
173Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
174     (1)  The bridge over the Loxahatchee River on State Road
175Alternate A1A in the Town of Jupiter in Palm Beach County is
176designated as "Richard E. 'Pete' Damon Bridge."
177     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
178suitable markers designating Richard E. "Pete" Damon Bridge as
179described in subsection (1).
180     Section 16.  Alexander Alden Ware Memorial Cable Barrier
181System designated; Department of Transportation to erect
182suitable markers.--
183     (1)  The cable barrier system along the Florida Turnpike in
184Palm Beach, St. Lucie, and Miami-Dade Counties is designated as
185"Alexander Alden Ware Memorial Cable Barrier System."
186     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
187suitable markers designating Alexander Alden Ware Memorial Cable
188Barrier System as described in subsection (1).
189     Section 17.  Roi Henri Christophe Boulevard designated;
190Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
191     (1)  That portion of State Road 916 on N.W. 135th Street
192between N.W. 7th Avenue and N.E. 6th Avenue in Miami-Dade County
193is designated as "Roi Henri Christophe Boulevard."
194     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
195suitable markers designating Roi Henri Christophe Boulevard as
196described in subsection (1).
197     Section 18.  Charles Summer Boulevard designated;
198Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
199     (1)  That portion of State Road 916 on N.W. 135th Street
200between N.W. 17th Avenue and N.W. 7th Avenue in Miami-Dade
201County is designated as "Charles Summer Boulevard."
202     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
203suitable markers designating Charles Summer Boulevard as
204described in subsection (1).
205     Section 19.  Capois-La-Mort Boulevard designated;
206Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
207     (1)  That portion of State Road 916 on N.E. 135th Street
208between N.E. 6th Avenue and Biscayne Boulevard in Miami-Dade
209County is designated as "Capois-La-Mort Boulevard."
210     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
211suitable markers designating Capois-La-Mort Boulevard as
212described in subsection (1).
213     Section 20.  Jean Baptiste Point du Sable Boulevard
214designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
215markers.--
216     (1)  That portion of State Road 934 on N.W. 79th Street
217between Interstate 95 and N.E. 10th Avenue in Miami-Dade County
218is designated as "Jean Baptiste Point du Sable Boulevard."
219     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
220suitable markers designating Jean Baptiste Point du Sable
221Boulevard as described in subsection (1).
222     Section 21.  Eric Ulysses Ramirez Highway designated;
223Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
224     (1)  The portion of State Road 50 in Lake County between
225the community of Stuckey and the Mascotte city limits is
226designated as the "Eric Ulysses Ramirez Highway."
227     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
228suitable markers designating the Eric Ulysses Ramirez Highway as
229described in subsection (1).
230     Section 22.  Trooper Darryl Haywood Highway designated;
231Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
232     (1)  That portion of Interstate Highway 4 in the vicinity
233of mile marker 123 in Volusia County is designated as "Trooper
234Darryl Haywood Highway."
235     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
236suitable markers designating Trooper Darryl Haywood Highway as
237described in subsection (1).
238     Section 23.  David Hinson Parkway designated; Department of
239Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
240     (1)  That portion of Nova Road in Volusia County between
241International Speedway Boulevard to George W. Ingram Boulevard
242is designated as the "David Hinson Parkway."
243     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
244suitable markers designating the David Hinson Parkway as
245described in subsection (1).
246     Section 24.  Charles W. Cherry, Sr., Parkway designated;
247Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
248     (1)  That portion of International Speedway Boulevard
249between Nova Road and Beach Street in Volusia County is
250designated as "Charles W. Cherry, Sr., Parkway."
251     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
252suitable markers designating Charles W. Cherry, Sr., Parkway as
253described in subsection (1).
254     Section 25.  Taye Brown Parkway designated; Department of
255Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
256     (1)  That portion of New Kings Road (U.S. 1) in Duval
257County between the 2400 block and the 3700 block is designated
258as "Taye Brown Parkway."
259     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
260suitable markers designating Taye Brown Parkway as described in
261subsection (1).
262     Section 26.  Charles B. Dailey Parkway designated;
263Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
264     (1)  That portion of the Haines Street Expressway between
265Jessie Street and Eighth Street in Duval County is designated as
266"Charles B. Dailey Parkway."
267     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
268suitable markers designating Charles B. Dailey Parkway as
269described in subsection (1).
270     Section 27.  Johnnie Mae Chappell Parkway designated;
271Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
272     (1)  That portion of U.S. Highway 1 between Finch Avenue
273and Redpoll Avenue in Duval County is designated as "Johnnie Mae
274Chappell Parkway."
275     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
276suitable markers designating Johnnie Mae Chappell Parkway as
277described in subsection (1).
278     Section 28.  Dr. John M. Haile Memorial Boulevard
279designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
280markers.--
281     (1)  That portion of East Silver Springs Boulevard, State
282Road 40, in the City of Ocala from East 11th Avenue to East 16th
283Avenue is designated as the "Dr. John M. Haile Memorial
284Boulevard."
285     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
286suitable markers designating the Dr. John M. Haile Memorial
287Boulevard, as directed in subsection (1).
288     Section 29.  Bob Graham/Sunshine Skyway Bridge designated;
289Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
290     (1)  The Sunshine Skyway Bridge over Tampa Bay is
291designated as the "Bob Graham/Sunshine Skyway Bridge."
292     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
293suitable markers designating the Bob Graham/Sunshine Skyway
294Bridge as described in subsection (1).
295     Section 30.  Ricardo Karakadze Street designated;
296Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
297     (1)  The portion of 104th Street between U.S. 1 and 97th
298Avenue is designated as the "Ricardo Karakadze Street."
299     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
300suitable markers designating the Ricardo Karakadze Street as
301described in subsection (1).
302     Section 31.  Ralph C. Carter Parkway designated; Department
303of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
304     (1)  That portion of State Park Road at the entrance to the
305Falling Waters State Recreational area, from Joiner Road to
306Falling Waters Road, in Chipley, Washington County, is
307designated as the "Ralph C. Carter Parkway."
308     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
309suitable markers designating the Ralph C. Carter Parkway as
310described in subsection (1).
311     Section 32.  Henry Koerber Parkway designated; Department
312of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
313     (1)  That portion of U.S. Highway 90, between Davis Lane
314and Old Airport Road, in DeFuniak Springs, Walton County, is
315designated as the "Henry Koerber Parkway."
316     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
317suitable markers designating the Henry Koerber Parkway as
318described in subsection (1).
319     Section 33.  Fred N. Dunn, Sr. Highway designated;
320Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
321     (1)  The portion of U.S. Highway 441 between Plymouth
322Sorrento Road and State Road 436 in Orange County is designated
323as the "Fred N. Dunn, Sr. Highway."
324     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
325suitable markers designating the Fred N. Dunn, Sr. Highway as
326described in subsection (1).
327     Section 34.  Art Pepin Boulevard designated; Department of
328Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
329     (1)  That portion of 56th Street between Fletcher Avenue
330and Dr. Martin Luther King Boulevard in Hillsborough County is
331designated as "Art Pepin Boulevard."
332     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
333suitable markers designating Art Pepin Boulevard as described in
334subsection (1).
335     Section 21.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2005.
