11  The Conference Committee on CS for SB 392 recommended the
12  following amendment:
13  
14         Conference Committee Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         Delete everything after the enacting clause
16  
17  and insert:  
18         Section 1.  Paragraph (f) is added to subsectio
19  section 376.307, Florida Statutes, to read:
20         376.307  Water Quality Assurance Trust Fund.--
21         (1)  The Water Quality Assurance Trust Fund is intended
22  to serve as a broad-based fund for use in responding to
23  incidents of contamination that pose a serious danger to the
24  quality of groundwater and surface water resources or
25  otherwise pose a serious danger to the public health, safety,
26  or welfare. Moneys in this fund may be used:
27         (f)  For activities by the department to administer
28  brownfield sites.
29         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2005.
