11  The Conference Committee on CS for SB 394 recommended the
12  following amendment:
13  
14         Conference Committee Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         Delete everything after the enacting clause
16  
17  and insert:  
18         Section 1.  Subsection (8) is added to section 
19  Florida Statutes, to read:
20         450.38  Enforcement of farm labor laws.--
21         (8)  Moneys for the enforcement of the farm labor laws
22  shall be transferred to the Professional Regulation Trust Fund
23  from the Workers' Compensation Administration Trust Fund of
24  the Department of Financial Services.
25         Section 2.  In addition to the purpose of the Workers'
26  Compensation Administration Trust Fund specified in section
27  440.50(1)(a), Florida Statutes, moneys in the Workers'
28  Compensation Administration Trust Fund in the Department of
29  Financial Services may also be appropriated to fund the
30  enforcement of farm labor laws by the Department of Business
31  and Professional Regulation.

 8  and insert:
 9                      A bill to be entitled
10         An act relating to the enforcement of farm
11         labor laws; amending s. 450.38, F.S.; requiring
12         that moneys to enforce farm labor laws be
13         transferred to the Professional Regulation
14         Trust Fund from the Workers' Compensation
15         Administration Trust Fund within the Department
16         of Financial Services; authorizing the
17         appropriation of moneys for such purpose;
18         providing an effective date.
