A bill to be entitled
2 An act relating to the Criminal Punishment Code; amending
3 s. 921.0022, F.S.; including offenses involving the
4 possession of photographic material containing sexual
5 conduct by a minor, the transmission of pornography by
6 electronic device, and the transmission to a minor of
7 material harmful to minors by electronic device within the
8 offense severity ranking chart of the Criminal Punishment
9 Code; reclassifying within the offense severity ranking
10 chart the offense of soliciting a child by a computer
11 service to commit an unlawful sexual act, which is a
12 felony of the third degree, to increase the penalty
13 imposed for that offense; providing an effective date.

15 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

17      Section 1.  Paragraphs (e), (f), and (g) of subsection (3)
18 of section 921.0022, Florida Statutes, are amended to read:
