  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Agency for Persons with

  3         Disabilities; expressing the legislative intent

  4         to revise laws relating to the Agency for

  5         Persons with Disabilities; providing an

  6         effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

11  relating to the Agency for Persons with Disabilities.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.
