4 | Remove everything after the enacting clause and insert: |
5 | Section 1. All economic collective bargaining issues at |
6 | impasse for the 2005-2006 fiscal year between the State of |
7 | Florida and the legal representatives of the certified |
8 | bargaining units for state employees shall be resolved pursuant |
9 | to the instructions provided in Senate Bill 2600, 2005 Regular |
10 | Session, and the relevant provisions of any legislation enacted |
11 | to implement Senate Bill 2600. |
12 | Section 2. All noneconomic collective bargaining issues at |
13 | impasse for the 2005-2006 fiscal year between the State of |
14 | Florida and the legal representatives of the certified |
15 | bargaining units for state employees shall be resolved |
16 | consistent with the personnel rules in effect on March 8, 2005, |
17 | and the relevant provisions of any legislation modifying the |
18 | terms and conditions of state employment. |
19 | Section 3. This act shall take effect January 1, 2006. |
