11 The Committee on Criminal Justice (Smith) recommended the
12 following amendment to amendment (191782):

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 4, between lines 28 and 29,
16
17 insert:
18 (4) The court shall award reasonable attorney's fees,
19 court costs, and all expenses incurred by a law enforcement
20 agency or state attorney's office to the law enforcement
21 agency or state attorney's office if the agency or office
22 prevails in a civil action brought by a plaintiff under this
23 section.
