15 On page 3, between lines 6 and 7,

17 insert:

19 The presumption provided for in this section does not apply in
20 circumstances in which a law enforcement officer as defined in
21 s. 943.10 enters or attempts to enter a dwelling, residence,
22 or vehicle in the performance of his or her official duties
23 and the officer has identified himself or herself in
24 accordance with any applicable law or the person using force
25 knew or reasonably should have known that the person entering
26 or attempting to enter was a law enforcement officer.
