15 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
16 On page 49, lines 26-27, delete those lines

18 and insert: parties or the State Fire Marshal. In order to
19 administer this section, the department may adopt by rule and
20 impose a fee for nonbinding interpretations, with payment made
21 directly to the third party. The fee shall not exceed $150 for
22 each request for a review or interpretation.
