11 Senator Constantine moved the following amendment:

13 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
14 On page 49, between lines 2 and 3,

16 insert:
17 (12) The department shall allocate funds annually to
18 be expended on building-code education and outreach activities
19 coordinated through the council and the Florida Building
20 Commission, which shall include administration of the council
21 created in this section. Funding may be allocated from
22 revenues from education activities as provided in subsection
23 (9) from surcharges related to construction collected by the
24 department or any other funds available to the commission for
25 this purpose.
