13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 82, between lines 28 and 29,
15  
16  insert:  
17         Section 47.  Modification 569 to the Florida Building
18  Code which was approved by the Florida Building Commission on
19  October 14, 2003, is removed and the provisions from the
20  International Building Code 2003, Section 2304.7(3), are
21  restored to the base code until the base code is revised.
22  Modification 570 to the Florida Building Code which was
23  approved by the Florida Building Commission on October 14,
24  2003, is removed and the provisions from the International
25  Building Code 2003, Section 2304.7(5), are restored to the
26  base code until the base code is revised.
