12 following amendment to amendment (753114):

15 On page 5, between lines 13 and 14,

17 insert:
18 Section 5. Section 316.271 of the Florida Statutes, is
19 amended to read:
20 (5) Except when being used by a train locomotive
21 engineer while operating a train locomotive, it is unlawful
22 for a person to use a horn designed and intended for use with
23 train locomotives within 1500 feet of persons, livestock,
24 railroad-highway grade crossings, highways, streets,
25 residences or buildings. Any person who violates this
26 paragraph commits a misdemeanor of the second degree,
27 punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
