14 On page 43, between lines 9 and 10,

16 insert:
17 Section 26. Paragraph (eee) is added to subsection (4)
18 of section 320.08056, Florida Statutes, to read:
19 320.08056 Specialty license plates.--
20 (4) The following license plate annual use fees shall
21 be collected for the appropriate specialty license plates:
22 (eee) NASCAR license plate, $25.
23 Section 27. Subsection (57) is added to section
24 320.08058, Florida Statutes, to read:
25 320.08058 Specialty license plates.--
26 (57) NASCAR LICENSE PLATES.--
27 (a) Upon an organization meeting the requirements in
28 s. 320.08053, the Department of Highway Safety and Motor
29 Vehicles shall develop a NASCAR license plate as provided in
30 this subsection. The word "Florida" must appear at the top of
31 the plate. NASCAR shall submit a sample plate for

1 consideration by the department.
2 (b) The department shall distribute the NASCAR license
3 plate annual use fees to the Florida Sports Foundation, a
4 direct-support organization of the Office of Tourism, Trade,
5 and Economic Development.

14 insert:
15 amending ss. 320.08056 and 320.08058, F.S.;

17 for a use fee; directing the Department of
18 Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to develop a
19 NASCAR license plate; providing for the
20 distribution and use of fees;
