15         On page 4, lines 13 through 19, delete those lines

17  and insert:  resulted from a motor vehicle crash within a
18  construction zone in which the driver of one of the vehicles
19  was under the influence of alcoholic beverages as set forth in
20  s. 316.193, under the influence of any chemical substance as
21  set forth in s. 877.111, or illegally under the influence of
22  any substance controlled under chapter 893 to the extent that
23  her or his normal faculties were impaired or operated a
24  vehicle at an unlawful speed as
