  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to migrant labor; providing a

  3         short title; repealing s. 450.211, F.S.,

  4         relating to the advisory committee for the

  5         Legislative Commission on Migrant Labor;

  6         providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  Short title.--Part II of chapter 450,

11  Florida Statutes, may be cited as the "Alfredo Bahena Act."

12         Section 2.  Section 450.211, Florida Statutes, is

13  repealed.

14         Section 3.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

15  law.

18                          SENATE SUMMARY

19    Designates part II of ch. 450, F.S., as the "Alfredo
      Bahena Act."  Repeals a provision establishing an
20    advisory committee to the Legislative Commission on
